Transportation of children domestic airlines

In domestic carriages the passenger has the right to carry one child under 5 years old free of charge (INF) without providing a separate seat. For the carriage by one adult passenger of the second and subsequent children under 5 years old (INF), 50% of the fare of an accompanying adult passenger with a separate seat is paid.

For transportation of children from 5 to 12 years old (CHD), 50% of the fare for an accompanying adult passenger with a separate seat is paid.

Check-in and boarding time

On international flights, at least 3 hours prior to departure time specified on the passenger ticket.

Check-in closing time - 40 minutes prior to departure time.

On domestic flights, at least 2 hours prior to departure specified on the passenger ticket.

Check-in closing time - 40 minutes prior to departure time.

Transportation of pets and birds

Pets (birds) may be transported in the aircraft cabin. Animals must be in containers (cages), the weight of container (cage) with the animal must not exceed 8 kgs. During the flight, the container (cage), with the animal in the cabin of an aircraft must be placed under the seat of the seat in front.

Luggage and Hand baggage transportation

Personal items of a passenger (briefcase, notebook, handbag) weighing up to 5 kg and with dimensions not more than 50×40×20 cm are allowed on flights as hand baggage.

On local flights 20 kg of luggage including hand baggage is allowed, seat limit is not limited, but 1 place must not exceed 32 kg, size 100×50×50 cm if exceeded, luggage is not included in free baggage allowance and will be paid in full.
