Fees for no-show for the flight (60 minutes or less before departure and later) except for infants traveling without a seat – 100 USD

Refund penalty ratio, except for infants following without a seat:

Before departure:

- not applicable more than 30 days (720 hours) before departure

- for less than 30 days (720 hours), but not later than 7 days (168 hours) before departure is - 10%
- for less than 7 days (168 hours), but not later than 3 days (72 hours) before departure is -15%

- for less than 3 days (72 hours), but not later than 24 hours before departure is - 20%

- for less than 24 hours before departure is - 25%

After departure:

- within 24 hours after departure is - 35%

- for more than 24 hours and up to 30 days (720 hours) after departure is - 40%

- for more than 30 days (720 hours) and up to 60 days (1440 hours) after departure is - 45%

- for more than 60 days (1440 hours) and up to 180 days (4320 hours) after departure is - 50%

- for more than 180 days (4320 hours) after departure is non-refundable

Reissue penalty ratio, except for infants following without a seat:

Before departure:
