“Turkmenistan Airlines” suspends flights on Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat route from August 08 to October 28, 2023. Flights to Russia will be operated on Ashgabat – Kazan– Ashgabat route.

Passengers who have air tickets on Moscow – Ashgabat route are requested to arrive in Kazan on their own 3 hours before departure according to the date and time indicated on the ticket.

Passengers are offered the following options:

1. Reissue of tickets:

With the consent of the passenger the tickets issued on Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat route, will be reissued for Ashgabat – Kazan – Ashgabat flights without deductions.

Reissue of tickets at the sales office is not required. Passengers can come to check-in airports in Ashgabat and Kazan according to the date and time indicated on the ticket.

2. Refund:

Passengers who do not wish to reissue air tickets for Ashgabat – Kazan – Ashgabat flights will receive a full refund without deductions in accordance with the current rules and guidelines of the Airline.

Refunds are made only in the country where the ticket was purchased.
