At a government meeting held digitally on November 21, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Mammetkhan Chakyev reported on ongoing efforts to develop and improve the logistics capabilities of civil aviation.

The Deputy Prime Minister reported that, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen our country's position in the international air cargo transportation system and increase transit and logistics potential, Turkmenistan Airlines Open Joint-Stock Company has received active member status and the corresponding certificate from the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA).

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, noting that our country attaches great importance to the development and further improvement of the logistics potential of civil aviation, instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to continue to actively expand cooperation with foreign airlines.
