In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, in the International Year of Peace and Trust, our beloved Homeland, under the inspiring leadership of the respected President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, confidently continues on the path of large-scale transformations. At the heart of these efforts lie the development of international cooperation, the strengthening of friendship between nations, and the promotion of globally significant initiatives.

A vivid testament to Turkmenistan’s growing authority on the world stage will be the upcoming Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), which will be held from August 5 to 8, 2025, in the jewel of the Caspian coast — the Avaza National Tourist Zone. This landmark event will bring together representatives from dozens of countries, international organizations, business circles, academia, experts, and global media. It will serve as a platform for discussing pressing issues of global development, establishing fair economic partnerships, and shaping a sustainable development agenda for decades to come.

Hosting such a high-level forum in Turkmenistan is a powerful sign of trust from the international community in our country’s unwavering commitment to dialogue, equality, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence.

Preparations for this significant event are being carried out at the highest organizational level. Every sector, every institution, and every service is contributing to ensure that guests are welcomed with dignity and hospitality.

One of the key contributors to this process is the Türkmenhowaýollary Agency, which serves as Turkmenistan’s air gateway to the world. The efficiency, coordination, and warmth of the aviation personnel will play a decisive role in shaping the first impressions of foreign delegates. Today, based on the wise policies initiated by Hero Arkadag and carried forward by Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the agency is undergoing dynamic growth and comprehensive modernization across all areas of its activity.

The "Türkmenhowaýollary" Agency will ensure the transportation of delegates and guests of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries to Turkmenistan. From August 1 to 10, 2025, Turkmenistan’s national air carrier will operate direct flights to Turkmenbashi International Airport from key international destinations with high demand. Taking into account foreign airlines that will also bring Conference guests to Turkmenistan, additional flights will be organized between Ashgabat and Turkmenbashi.

The coordination of international air transport is carried out in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and UN representatives for logistics and transportation. Special attention is being given to ensuring safety, comfort, and a high standard of service culture. The agency continues to introduce advanced digital solutions, automate passenger registration and baggage handling processes, and enhance staff qualifications in line with international best practices.

In addition, Türkmenhowaýollary will take an active role in the conference events. Business meetings are planned with representatives of leading international airlines, aiming to expand partnerships, discuss aviation logistics, sustainable transport, and environmental issues. Participation in such dialogues opens new opportunities for Turkmen aviation, including the establishment of new routes, coordination of flight schedules, and the building of long-term cooperation with global market leaders.

These steps are fully aligned with Turkmenistan’s foreign policy principles of neutrality, good neighborliness, and openness. Year by year, our country strengthens its role as a bridge between East and West — a reliable partner contributing to global peace and stability.

The Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries is intended to provide new momentum to the integration of developing nations into the global economy. With its strategic location and strong transit potential, Turkmenistan is already making a significant contribution to this goal.

Here, on the scenic shores of the Caspian Sea, in the beautiful Avaza, new horizons of partnership will be unveiled, and forward-looking decisions will be laid for decades ahead. The Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries in Avaza stands as another powerful symbol of the rising authority of neutral Turkmenistan, a country flourishing under the wise domestic and foreign policy launched by Hero Arkadag and successfully continued by the respected President. It is a meaningful contribution of our nation to strengthening global peace, trust, and mutual understanding.
