Dear passengers!

Please be advised that Turkmenistan Airlines is suspending flights on the route Ashgabat – Kazan – Ashgabat with effect from 2 June. The flights to the Russian Federation will be operated on the route Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat. The tickets purchased for the route Ashgabat-Kazan-Ashgabat will be valid for flights on the route Ashgabat-Moscow-Ashgabat for the period of cancellation of flights to Kazan.
Please be advised that during the period from 2 June to 17 June 2024, passengers with air tickets in the direction of Ashgabat - Kazan, upon arrival at the airport, will be subject to the following conditions. A complimentary transfer to Kazan Airport will be provided by Moscow
Furthermore, passengers with tickets on the Kazan-Ashgabat route will be provided with a complimentary transfer from Kazan Airport to Moscow Airport, enabling them to continue their journey to Ashgabat. To ensure a timely transfer, kindly arrive at Kazan Airport at the time of flight check-in (3 hours before the departure time indicated on the ticket). Please be advised that all tickets are valid.

Passengers are offered a choice of:

1. Re-issuance of tickets:

Please be advised that previously issued tickets on the route Ashgabat - Kazan - Ashgabat will be reissued for the flight Ashgabat - Moscow - Ashgabat without any fees being deducted, for any nearest date chosen by the passenger. Please be advised that re-issuance of tickets at the ticket office is not required. Passengers are invited to check in at the airports of Ashgabat and Moscow on the date and at the time indicated on their tickets.

2. Refund:

Passengers who do not wish to reissue their tickets for flights from Ashgabat to Moscow to Ashgabat will receive a full refund in accordance with the current rules and guidelines of Turkmenistan Airlines. Refunds are made only in the country where the ticket was purchased.
