Taking into account the restrictions imposed on the airspace of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in order to ensure flight safety, Turkmenistan Airlines Open Joint-Stock Company hereby informs that air services operated on the following routes will be suspended from 02 March to 04 March 2026:

• Ashgabat — Dubai — Ashgabat
• Ashgabat — Jeddah — Ashgabat

Passengers of the cancelled flights may obtain a full refund of their air tickets without any penalties, or change the travel date to the nearest available flight without additional charges.

In this regard, passengers are advised to contact the place of ticket purchase or the airline’s representative offices to arrange a refund or change the flight date. Tickets purchased online will be refunded to the bank card used for the original payment.

Passengers are kindly requested to follow the latest updates on flight status via the official website and official communication channels of Turkmenistan Airlines Open Joint-Stock Company.
