Today, March 1, the national leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on a business trip to the Republic of Turkey to participate in the III Antalya Diplomatic Forum.

During the working visit, the national leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, met with the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

During the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan noted with satisfaction the high level of Turkmen-Turkish cooperation. It was emphasized that bilateral relations, based on the community of our peoples formed throughout history, are successfully developing in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

After the meeting, a ceremony of signing bilateral documents took place.

Among the documents, it is important to note the Memorandum of Understanding between the Open Joint-Stock Company "Turkmen Airlines" and the University of the Turkish Aviation Association. This contributes to the implementation of national programs aimed at the rapid development and deep modernization of the material and technical base of all branches of the transport system, initiated by the General Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. and continued successfully under the leadership of the Honorable President.
