On December 11, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, arrived in Ashgabat to participate in the International Forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.

The visit of the Pakistani head of government underscores the growing international attention to the upcoming forum, which will bring together leaders of states, international organizations, and expert communities to discuss issues of strengthening trust, peace, and sustainable development.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will take part in the plenary session and specialized sessions aimed at promoting a culture of dialogue, peaceful interaction, and regional stability.
